Honoring Our Legacy
Rialto Animal Hospital wouldn't exist without the vision of our Founding Father, Dr. Charles Childs, who opened our doors in May 1959 with his wife, Carol. His commitment to compassionate, community-rooted care continues to guide everything we do today.
We also honor Dr. Jeffrey Creswell, who joined Rialto Animal Hospital in 1982, became an owner in 1984, and served as our fearless leader, mentor, and friend for more than four decades. After officially retiring in 2025, Dr. Creswell is now enjoying well-earned time with his grandkids and on the golf course — but his legacy is woven into every corner of our hospital. Thank you, Dr. Creswell.
