Customer Service Representative

Exceptional people skills are a MUST!! We need friendly, upbeat personalities who work well multi-tasking. Responsibilities include -first and foremost- to provide extraordinary client/patient service and enjoy educating our clients & community. Tasks include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Customer Service Representatives will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties. Bi-lingual skills are a plus!

Veterinary Technicians & Assistants

A desire to provide exceptional client and patient care is also a must here! Technicians and Assistants are responsible for hospital maintenance, patient care, laboratory procedures, radiology, dentistry (board-certified R.V.T.'s), phlebotomy, client communication and education, performing medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs. Assistants are responsible for client and patient care and comfort, animal handling/restraint, assisting Veterinarians in examination rooms, medical chart documentation and invoicing. Cross-training is also available for our veterinary assistants.

Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Patient Care Assistants are responsible for animal handling and care, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, and thorough medical chart write-ups. They are also able to assist our treatment and exam room teams with animal handling, basic medical care, supervised post-recovery care and ill begin to learn fundamental skills needed in a veterinary industry career. This is a great position for those that are beginning and/or advancing in an animal science college degree or animal science technician program. Being detail oriented is a must!
